Split Rock Lighthouse

In late March, I attended a conference in Minneapolis. I had an extra day before things started, so I rented a car and drove to Two Harbors, where I wanted to get some photos of Split Rock lighthouse. I awoke before sunrise, and drove the 20 miles from my hotel to the state park. I didn’t get much of a sunrise, unfortunately, but it is a beautiful location. The ice was melting on Lake Superior, but it was cold, very cold. I think this is an area I’d like to return to someday when I have more time.
