A few photos from Bøur

Bøur is a small village in the Faroe Islands just west of Sørvágur. If you drive from the airport or Sørvágur to Gásadalur to see the Múlafossur waterfall, you’ll drive right by Bøur….though you might not see it, as it’s down on the water’s edge, below the main road. You’d need to take a turn off and descend into the village.

It’s a pretty small place with a nice church and a few homes. There’s a black sand beach down by the water. I took a few photos while I was there, I hope you enjoy them.
