Ten Photos of Bixby Bridge
I visited Monterey, California in October 2016 for a work-related conference. Luckily, I had a day before the conference started, plus some nights after the conference to check out some local sights. I ended up renting a car so I could see more of the area, and I had really wanted to check out Bixby Bridge.
Bixby Bridge opened in 1932, and has a reputation for being one of the most photographed bridges in California — both for its design, and the beautiful coastline around it.
I ended up visiting twice — once during the day, another time around sunset. The bridge was obviously a huge tourist draw. Cars were continually pulling up, people would jump out and take a selfie, then get back in and drive away.
I took shots from various angles under different light, and as it got darker, tried to capture light trails from the cars that passed over the bridge. Here are ten photos from my time at Bixby Bridge — enjoy!
Absolutely beautiful shots!
Great shots thabks for sharing
